Meeting Rooms at Dubai International Terminal 3  provides a range of fully-equipped conference areas to help you conduct business on the go. Conference facilities comes with audio visual aids – Overhead projector.  Ideal for executives on transit to conduct meetings in total privacy in-person or online. Meeting rooms can accommodate up to 40 persons and are available on hourly basis.

Meeting Room Location

Meeting rooms are located on the ‘Arrivals’ level in Terminal 3 – Concourse C (Near gate C15), and on Hotel Level 5 in Terminal 3 – Concourses A (Near A1 – A24) and B (Near B12-B22).

Important Note

Please note that the meeting room is located on the air side of the Dubai Airport and access is available only for guests with a valid boarding pass ie. for departing passengers and transit passengers only.

For Individual Usage

Meeting Room prices  for Individual usage starts from US$330 for a minimum duration of 2 hours with coffee/Tea and water .

20 Persons

US$1300 for a group of 20 pax inclusive of catering (lunch/dinner) with coffee/Tea and water .
