Who qualifies for Dubai Connect?
For Premium Economy or Economy Class: If your layover is between 8 to 26 hours
For Business or First Class: If your layover is between 6 to 26 hours
Hotel Stay:
For layovers ranging from 6 to 26 hours (depending on your class of travel), Emirates provides a complimentary hotel stay. This includes all applicable meals, so you can relax and recharge before continuing your journey. You may need to provide a credit card for any extras not covered, such as mini-bar items or additional dining.
Visa and Transfers:
Emirates also arranges a complimentary visa for those who need one to enter the UAE, ensuring a hassle-free stay. Once you arrive in Dubai, a free transfer service is provided to take you to and from your hotel.
Passengers must book Dubai Connect at least 24 hours in advance, and eligibility is determined based on your flight connection times. If your layover qualifies, this service ensures you’ll have a comfortable and seamless experience during your stopover.
How to Book Dubai Connect Online
Adding the Dubai Connect service to your flight booking is simple. During the booking process, Emirates will inform you if you are eligible for this complimentary service.
Here’s how to book it:
Book your flights as usual.
Use your surname and reference number to log in to your booking.
Go to the Manage section and select Dubai Connect.
Make sure to add the service at least 24 hours before your flight to Dubai.
You can only book Dubai Connect if no better connection times are available for your itinerary. Passengers under 18 years old can use the service as long as they are traveling with someone over 18.
