The Gym at the DXB Health Club (Formerly G-Force Health Club ) is located at Terminal 3 Concourse B, Hotel Level 5, above Emirates First & Business Class Lounges. Please note that the facilities are located on the airside of the airport.

What is the child policy for gym access?
As per the child policy, only individuals aged 16 years and above are permitted to access the gym facilities.
What is the recommended minimum transit time to use the Gym?
We recommend a minimum transit time of 2 hours. This allows for check-in, security clearance, and the use of the facility without feeling rushed.
What if my flight is delayed and my Gym booking time slot has passed?
If your flight is delayed, the Health Club will do its best to accommodate you upon arrival. Please inform us in advance, and we can reschedule your booking. Make sure to provide your flight details at the time of booking.
