Where are the Ahlan Lounges located at Dubai International Airport?
Ahlan lounges are located in Terminal 3 for the convenience of Emirates and its partner airlines passengers. Terminal 3 has 3 concourses A,B and C. You can choose any lounge based on the proximity to the departure gates. Please note that the facilities are located on the airside of the airport.
Concourse A: Near Gate A1 on Hotel Level 6, just above the Emirates First & Business Class Lounge.
Concourse B: Near Gate B22 on Hotel Level 6 Dubai International Hotel
Concourse C: Above Gate C13 on Hotel Level 2 Dubai International
Can I use the facility if I arrive at Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 and have an onward flight from Terminal 3?
Yes, the facility is located at the departure level in Concourse 3, Terminal 3, and can be accessed for your onward flight.
Can I use the facility if I arrive at Terminal 3 and have an onward flight from Terminal 1 or Terminal 2?
No, you can use the Lounge Facilities at Terminal 1. However, please note that Terminal 2 only has Marhaba lounge facilities available.
Do I need to clear Immigration and Customs to use the facility?
Yes, you must clear Immigration and Customs. The facilities are located on the departure level, so after arriving in DXB, you need to complete transit formalities to gain access.
How far is the Shower/Health Club from the Lounge?
The Gym and Lounge are part of the Dubai International Airport hotel complex and are only a 5-minute walk apart. In Concourse A, the Health Club is located at Level 5, outside the Emirates Business Class Lounge. In Concourse B, it is situated on Hotel Level 5, above the Emirates First and Business Class Lounges. The Lounge is located above Gate B26, while the Health Club is above Gate B18.
