Lounge Location

All lounges are located in Terminal 3 for the convenience of Emirates and its partner airlines passengers. Terminal 3 has 3 concourses A,B and C. You can choose any lounge based on your proximity to the  departure gates.

• In Concourse B Ahlan Lounge is @ Gate B26  ( Formerly – Cadiz)
• In Concourse C Ahlan Lounge is @ Gate C13  (Formerly – Gallery)

Spa Location

Salon & Spa  are located at Dubai International Hotel which is located on different levels of Terminal 3 – Concourse B (above B12/B22 gates), and Concourse A (above A1 gate).

Please note the salon’s booking availability at the moment is not updated in real time on our booking system, hence at times this may lead to overlapping appointments. In such cases, we will do our best to accommodate your booking in the next available slot. To assist us in managing your appointment efficiently, kindly provide your flight details at the time of booking.

We  would not advise scheduling an appointment if your layover time in DXB is less than 4 hours. Any delay in the arrival of your flight could result in missing the appointment, and the Masseuse may not have enough time to accommodate you in such a short period.
