Health Club
Cancellation Requests:
To cancel a booking for Health Club services, you must notify us at least 36 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 36 hours will incur a full charge.
No Show Policy:
If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior cancellation, you will be charged the full price of the package.
Lounges
Cancellation Requests:
For Lounge bookings, cancellations must be made at least 36 hours prior to the service time. Any cancellations made within 36 hours will be charged in full.
No Show Policy:
A no-show for a Lounge booking will result in a charge equivalent to the full price of the reservation.
Meet & Assist
Cancellation Requests:
For Meet & Assist bookings, cancellations must be made at least 36 hours prior to the service time. Any cancellations made within 36 hours will be charged in full.
No Show Policy:
A no-show for a Meet & Assist booking will result in a charge equivalent to the full price of the reservation.
Salon & Spa
Cancellation Requests:
To cancel your Salon & Spa appointment, please provide notice at least 36 hours before the service begins. Cancellations within 36 hours will be subject to full charges.
No Show Policy:
Failure to cancel your Salon & Spa booking within the required timeframe will lead to a full charge for the service.
Hotel Booking
Cancellation Requests:
All hotel booking cancellations should be made at least 48 hours before the check-in time. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged the full booking amount.
No Show Policy:
If you do not show up for your hotel booking without prior cancellation, you will be charged the full amount of the booking.
Tours
Cancellation Requests:
All tour booking cancellations should be made at least 48 hours before the check-in time. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged the full booking amount.
No Show Policy:
If you do not show up for your tour booking without prior cancellation, you will be charged the full amount of the booking.
Refund Policy
Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your cancellation request, we will send an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 2-3 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- Check Your Bank Account: Sometimes, it can take a few days for the refund to be processed.
- Contact Your Credit Card Company: There may be a delay in the posting of the refund.
- Contact Your Bank: Processing times may affect when the refund is officially posted.
