Where are the showers located?
The showers are located at DXB Health Club (Formerly G-Force Health Club) Terminal 3 B/C gates at Concourse B, Hotel Level 5, near Gates B16-B18 and Terminal 3 A gates, Level 5, outside Emirates Business Class Lounge. Please note that the facilities are located on the airside of the airport.

You can find the DXB Terminal 3 map here. The DXB Health Club has locations in Concourse A and Concourse B, which are easily accessible for transiting and departing passengers .
Can I avail the service before exiting the airport after arriving into Dubai?
No, the facilities are accessible only to transiting and departing passengers.
Can I use the facility if I arrive at Terminal 3 and have an onward flight from Terminal 1 or Terminal 2?
No, the facility is located at the departure level in Concourse 3, Terminal 3, and access is restricted by airport security.
Can I use the facility if I arrive at Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 and have an onward flight from Terminal 3?
Yes, the facility is located at the departure level in Concourse 3, Terminal 3, and can be accessed for your onward flight.
Do I need to clear Immigration and Customs to use the facility?
Yes, you must clear Immigration and Customs. The facilities are located on the departure level, so after arriving in DXB, you need to complete transit formalities to gain access.
What is the recommended minimum transit time to use the Shower Facility?
We recommend a minimum transit time of 2 hours. This allows for check-in, security clearance, and the use of the facility without feeling rushed.
What if my flight is delayed and my shower booking time slot has passed?
If your flight is delayed, the Health Club will do its best to accommodate you upon arrival. Please inform us in advance, and we can reschedule your booking. Make sure to provide your flight details at the time of booking.
Are the men’s and women’s shower facilities located near each other, and how many cubicles are available?
Yes, the men’s and women’s shower facilities are located in the same area but on opposite sides of the health club. There are 10 female and 17 male shower cubicles available.
How far is the Ahlan lounge from the Shower facility?
The shower facility and lounge are part of the Dubai International Airport hotel complex and are just a 5-minute walk apart. The lounge is located above Gate B26, and the shower facility is above Gate B18. Staff will be available to assist with directions.
Are children allowed to use the shower facilities?
Yes, children are allowed to use the health club showers. Kids up to 5 years old can use them for free, while those over 5 will be charged the adult rate.
Is there an area in the shower room to keep my baby in her pram while I shower?
No, the shower areas in both concourses at the Health club are not spacious enough to accommodate a pram.
Do the shower facilities accommodate guests in wheelchairs?
Unfortunately, the shower stalls at the health club do not have provisions for wheelchair accessibility.
What amenities are provided with the shower service?
Towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, dental kit, shaving kit, vanity kit, comb, and a bathmat are all provided for your convenience during the shower service.
Is there a Locker Facility?
Yes Locker Facility is available and it is free of cost.
Is a hair dryer available at the shower facilities?
Yes, a hair dryer is available. In Concourse A, it is attached to the shower area, while in Concourse B, it’s accessible within a 2-minute walk from the shower facilities.
