Dubai Frame sets another Guinness World Record

The latest record to be added to the ever-growing book of Guinness World Records is one set by the Dubai Frame over the weekend. Officially induced into the book of records on Thursday May 9, the Dubai Frame is now the “largest building in the shape of a picture frame”.

Standing at 150 metres tall and 95 metres wide, the frame opened to the public on New Year’s Day 2018, and sits proudly in the middle of Zabeel Park. If you’re yet to pay a visit to the Frame, then head along and experience viewing both Old Dubai and New Dubai from the tower’s panoramic viewing deck.

The location, in Zabeel Park, was specially chosen to give visitors the best view of the city’s older neighbourhoods as well as the sparkly new stuff (such as the Burj Khalifa), while telling the story of Dubai’s transformation from humble fishing village to glittering modern metropolis.
