The Dubai International Hotel is located inside the Transit Area of Dubai International Airport, prior to the Customs and Immigration area in Terminals 3, Concourses A, B, and C. Please note that the facilities are located on the airside of the airport.
Can I avail the service before exiting the airport after arriving into Dubai?

Do I need to go through a security check to access the facilities?
All facilities are situated on the departure levels. On arrival in DXB, you must complete transit security check to gain access to the departure levels.
How can I access the hotel upon arrival?
Please proceed to the nearest Hotel Reception:
- Concourse A: Use the dedicated elevators near Gate A1 or A24.
- Concourse B: Use the dedicated elevators near Gates B14 or B22.
- Concourse C: Use the dedicated elevators near Gate C13.

You can book rooms for durations of 3, 6, 12, or 24 hours.

Are baby cots available at the hotel?
Baby cots are available upon request at no extra charge; however, they are subject to availability. Please note that due to a new international regulation, the hotel is no longer able to provide blankets, bumpers, or pillows with the baby cots. Should you require these items, we request you to bring your own.
What should I do if I cannot locate the concierge staff upon arrival?
If you are unable to find our concierge staff, please do not proceed through Customs and Immigration. Doing so may result in denial of re-entry into the Transit Area or the hotel, particularly for outbound flights from Dubai.
Can I leave the airport and enter Dubai during my layover?
While it is strongly discouraged, you may be able to leave the airport depending on your nationality and visa requirements. If your country does not require a pre-approved visa, you can exit the airport. However, re-entry is possible only after checking in for your next flight, which varies depending on your airline.
- Emirates Airlines: Check-in is available 24 hours prior to departure, except for flights to the USA and Canada, where check-in opens 3 hours before departure.
- Other airlines: Check-in usually opens 3 hours before departure. Please confirm with your airline for specific check-in times.
Can I access my checked luggage during my stay at the hotel?
Due to Dubai International Airport policies, checked baggage cannot be brought into the terminal. If your luggage is tagged only to Dubai, you can transfer it to your next flight at the Connection Desk inside the airport, without exiting. Please verify luggage transfer details with your airline. Note: Upon arrival at DXB, you will need to pass through the Transit security check only to access the hotel. If you exit, you’ll need to check in again to enter the hotel. Ensure your luggage transfer is completed within the terminal and keep your hand baggage with essential items for transit.
