Where is the Dubai International Hotel located?
The Dubai International Hotel is located inside the Transit Area of Dubai International Airport, prior to the Customs and Immigration area in Terminals 3, Concourses A, B, and C. Please note that the facilities are located on the airside of the airport.

Can I avail the service before exiting the airport after arriving into Dubai?
No, the facilities are accessible only to transiting and departing passengers.

Can I use the facility if I arrive at Terminal 3 and have an onward flight from Terminal 1 or Terminal 2?
No, the facility is located at the departure level in Concourse 3, Terminal 3, and access is restricted by airport security.

Can I use the facility if I arrive at Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 and have an onward flight from Terminal 3?
Yes, the facility is located at the departure level in Concourse 3, Terminal 3, and can be accessed for your onward flight.

Do I need to book both arrival and departure Majlis services to access the lounge from the Dubai International Hotel?
Yes, to ensure seamless access to the Majlis lounge from Dubai International Hotel, both the arrival and departure Majlis services must be booked.

Can Dubai International Hotel arrange Al Majlis services for transit passengers?
Dubai International Hotel is not directly connected with Al Majlis services. However, the hotel can provide room bookings for transit passengers, with Majlis services available at an additional charge.

Do I need to clear Immigration and Customs to use the facility?
Yes, you must clear Immigration and Customs. The facilities are located on the departure level, so after arriving in DXB, you need to complete transit formalities to gain access.

How can I access the hotel upon arrival?
Please proceed to the nearest Hotel Reception:

• Concourse A: Use the dedicated elevators near Gate A1 or A24.

Guests can enjoy complimentary access to the Pool, Gym, Sauna, and Meeting room.

What should I do if I cannot locate the concierge staff upon arrival?
If you are unable to find our concierge staff, please do not proceed through Customs and Immigration. Doing so may result in denial of re-entry into the Transit Area or the hotel, particularly for outbound flights from Dubai.

Can I leave the airport and enter Dubai during my layover?
While it is strongly discouraged, you may be able to leave the airport depending on your nationality and visa requirements. If your country does not require a pre-approved visa, you can exit the airport. However, re-entry is possible only after checking in for your next flight, which varies depending on your airline.

• Emirates Airlines: Check-in is available 24 hours prior to departure, except for flights to the USA and Canada, where check-in opens 3 hours before departure.
