No, the Ahlan team assists with immigration, customs, and escorting to the gate, but child-minding is outside their service scope.
What is the age classification for infants and children?
Infants are classified as 2 years of age and below, while a child is considered between the ages of 3 and 12 years.
Do I need to mention the children’s ages when booking?
Yes, please ensure to include the children’s ages in the notes section when completing your booking.
Where will the Ahlan team meet the guest?
The Ahlan team will meet the guest at the arrival gate, just after the aerobridge, near the aircraft.
Does the Meet and Greet service include luggage transfers?
Yes, assistance with luggage transfers is provided if necessary. However, the luggage transfer itself is handled by DNATA and is not included in the Meet and Greet service fee.
Will the Ahlan team assist with inter-terminal transfers?
