Flydubai Expands Italian Network, Introduces New Olbia Route

Dubai-based airline Flydubai has made a significant milestone by commencing its inaugural service to Olbia, Sardinia, becoming the first UAE carrier to operate direct flights to the Italian city. The three-times weekly service to Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport (OLB) is part of Flydubai’s seasonal operations, expanding its Italian network to include five destinations, namely Catania, Milan-Bergamo, Naples, Pisa, and now Olbia.

Operating on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays between Dubai International (DXB) Terminal 3 and Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport (OLB), the flights are scheduled from June 22, 2023, to September 30, 2023.

Flydubai offers various fare options, with Business Class fares starting from AED11,725 and Economy Class Lite fares starting from AED3,000 for return trips.

Olbia is the latest addition to Flydubai’s network of seasonal summer destinations, joining the likes of Batumi, Bodrum, Corfu, Dubrovnik, Mykonos, Santorini, Tivat, and Trabzon.
